Cardiologist

Cardiologists are doctors who specialize in diagnosing and treating diseases or conditions of the heart and blood vessel the cardiovascular system. Cardiologists receive extensive education, including four years of medical school and three years of training in general internal medicine. After this, a cardiologist spends three or more years in specialized training. That’s ten or more years of training! In order to become certified, doctors who have completed a minimum of ten years of clinical and educational preparation must pass a rigorous two-day exam given by the American Board of Internal Medicine. This exam tests not only their knowledge and judgment, but also their ability to provide superior care. If your general medical doctor feels that you might have a significant heart or related condition, he or she will often call on a cardiologist for help. Whether the cardiologist sees you in the office or in the hospital, he or she will review your medical history and perform a physical examination which may include checking your blood pressure, weight, heart, lungs, and blood vessels.

Salary: $512,000 Annually

Education:  cardiologists need to obtain their bachelor's degree and then enroll in a medical school program. After graduating from medical school, they complete several years of internal medicine and cardiology training in a residency program. They must also become licensed as physicians by their state and pass a certification exam in their specialty.

THE TRAGEDY OF THE  9/11 ATTACK

On militants associated with the Islamic extremist group Al-Qaeda hijacked four airliners carried out suicide attacks against targets in the United States. Two of the planes were flown into the towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, a third plane hit the Pentagon just outside Washington, D.C., and the fourth plane crashed in a field in Pennsylvania. Often referred to as 9/11. I believe that it was wrong for the terrorists to do that to some innocent people i don't think he chose the right.There are many things wrong with what the terrorists chose to do no one deserved it. I think what happened in the 9/11 was never an accident. The terrorists killed about 300 persons that is a lot it was very sad to watch the video about the 9/11 its very hard to just watch how all the people suffered and their reactions towards it.The 9/11 makes us all beneficial and it affects us a lot right now it even is talked about till this day.

This quote is trying to say that if we keep going to school and we learn and we get an education and we do all the possibilities to graduate we get to be successful in life. Its basically a quote to push us to be successful. An example is graduating and going to college or an universities.

AUDIOLOGIST

An audiologist is a branch of science that studies hearing, balance, and related disorders.  Its practitioners, who treat those with hearing loss and proactively prevent related damage, are audiologists. In addition to testing hearing, audiologists can also work with a wide range of clientele in rehabilitation. An audiologist is a health-care professional specializing in identifying, diagnosing, treating and monitoring disorders of the auditory and vestibule system portions of the ear. Audiologists are trained to diagnose, manage and treat hearing, tinnitus, or balance problems.

EDUCATION: An audiologist with a master’s degree can currently practice in the field. However, beginning in 2012, audiologists must earn a doctoral degree (PHD or AUD) in order to be eligible for national certification.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

An athletic trainer is a certified health care professional who practices in the field of sports medicine. Athletic training is practiced by athletic trainers, health care professionals who collaborate with physicians to optimize activity and participation of patients and clients. To become an athletic trainer one must have a degree from an accredited professional level education program and then sit for and pass the Board of Certification (BOC) examination.

SALARY: They make about 37,000 annually.

EDUCATION:

 Athletic Training Education (CAATE) oversees the curriculum standards of all accredited Professional (entry level) and Post-Professional institution. Athletic trainers treat a broad population, from the amateur and professional athlete to the typical patient in need of orthopedic rehabilitative care.

I think I would want to be an athletic trainer because it seems fun and like to be athletic. I would love to be an athletic trainer because I love sports and I’m very good and I think I can help allot of people become very fit and very athletic like I am.
