Health
system management or health care systems management describe the general leader
and general management of hospitals, hospital networks, and/or health
care systems. Health systems management ensures that specific outcomes are
attained, that departments within a health facility are running smoothly, that
the right people are in the right jobs that people know what is expected of
them, that resources are used efficiently and that all departments are working
towards a common goal. Health
care administrators manage the business of health care. They establish and maintain
budgets, recruit and supervise personnel, and ensure compliance with state and
federal regulations.

EDUCATION
Many
higher-level health care administration executives have a master's degree in a
field such as public health or business, hospital or nursing administration. A
bachelor's degree is often sufficient for entry-level positions, or for
employment with smaller facilities when coupled with relevant health care
experience.
REFLECTION
No
I wouldn’t want to be one because it is not what I’m looking for it seems like
a pretty good job but I wouldn’t want to be one because I’m already focused on
another career that I much love.
